Guarantee Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the three guarantees offered by Trems for purchases made within the United States. By placing an order, you agree to the policies and rules below.

1. 101-Day “True Fit Trial Run” Guarantee

We want you to love how your shirt fits. If it doesn’t, you get 101 days to try it out.

What’s Covered

  • Any fit-related return or exchange made within 101 days of purchase

  • Lightly worn or washed shirts

  • Full refund or exchange for any size

  • Customer is responsible only for return shipping

What’s Not Covered

  • Shirts that are heavily worn, stained, damaged, or altered

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper washing

What You Need to Do

  • Contact support and submit a photo of the item before your return is approved

  • Once approved, send the item back to us

  • Limit: 3 returns per address per calendar year

    • More than 3? Contact support for a manual review.

2. “Ship It in 3” Guarantee

We know speed matters. If your order takes more than 3 business days to leave our facility, you qualify for a free T-shirt on your next order.

How It Works

  • Applies to all U.S. orders

  • “Shipped” means the package leaves our facility (not when the label is created)

  • If your order doesn’t leave within 3 business days, you’ll receive a coupon code for a free T-shirt on your next purchase

What’s Not Covered

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses, payment issues, or order changes

  • Postal carrier delays after the package has left our facility

  • Fraudulent claims or attempts to misuse the guarantee

How to Claim

  • Contact support with your order number

  • We will verify eligibility and send the coupon code if applicable

3. “Top Quality” 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your Trems product, we’ll give you a full refund—no questions asked.

What’s Covered

  • Any dissatisfaction regarding quality

  • Refund of the full product price plus original shipping cost

What’s Required

  • You must return the product

  • A quick support request and photo are required for approval

  • Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed

4. Abuse, Fraud, and Bad-Actor Prevention

Trems works hard to offer generous guarantees. To protect our customers and our company:

Trems may decline or investigate guarantee claims if:

  • You exceed 3 guarantee claims per address per year

  • You provide inaccurate or false information

  • There is evidence of:

    • Excessive returns

    • Repeated fraudulent “late shipping” claims

    • Multiple quality complaints inconsistent with our reviews

    • Chargeback abuse

    • Suspicious ordering patterns

  • You refuse to return the product (when required)

Trems may request:

  • Photos

  • Order verification

  • Proof of issue

  • Returned merchandise

  • Additional identity/order validation

Customers abusing our guarantees may be denied future guarantee claims and may face account restrictions, canceled orders, or legal action when appropriate.

All disputes must first be submitted to Trems Support so we can resolve the issue before further action is taken.

5. Governing Law

All guarantees and related terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
These guarantees apply to U.S. customers only.

6. Final Notes

We designed these guarantees for good-faith customers. If you ever have an issue, Trems Support is here to help and will handle every claim fairly and respectfully.
